Renee Targos
The program begins with a welcome from Renee Targos (Editor, AgriBusiness Global), who will frame the key agricultural market trends across Asia that the speakers will examine. The opening remarks will lead into a keynote (details announced soon), before shifting to a moderated executive panel on the crop protection outlook for India and Southeast Asia.

David Li,
David Li, VP at SPM Biosciences, will examine how China's evolving agrochemical strategies are reshaping regional supply and regulation.
Mr. Xiaoyu Li is a member of Agribusiness Global's Advisory Board in China. He currently provides consulting services to overseas multinationals and distributors on pesticide supply chain management and sourcing in China.
Mr. Li was previously the Country Key Account Manager in the Marketing Department of Bayer CropScience (China). Before Bayer, he also worked for Mitsubishi Corporation (China) Commerce in charge of the agrochemicals business. With more than a decade of experience in global crop markets and investment consulting, Mr. Li is helping Chinese companies actively explore overseas markets.
Derek Oliphant
Derek Oliphant, partner at AgbioInvestor, will map opportunities in India, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines, navigating regulatory change and technology adoption trends toward 2030.
Oliphant is a founding partner and Senior Crop Protection Analyst at AgbioInvestor. He began his career in crop protection market analysis at Phillips McDougall, advancing to the position of Senior Analyst before leaving to establish AgbioInvestor in 2017. Oliphant has almost 20 years of experience in crop protection market analysis and is the key contributor to the AgbioCrop report, a detailed qualitative and quantitative analysis on the global crop protection market, examining company performance, crop and country markets, and product level trends. Dr. Piyatida (Tung) Pukclai
Dr. Piyatida (Tung) Pukclai, regional regulatory policy manager, will break down emerging regulations in India and Southeast Asia, including biostimulants, biopesticides, and shifting compliance landscapes.
Pukclai is the Regional Sales & Regulatory Policy Manager (Asia-Pacific) for Knoell, an independent service provider for regulatory affairs and product registrations. She has worked in several technical and managerial positions within business development and regulatory policy.
As Regional Sales & Regulatory Policy Manager (Asia-Pacific), she is responsible for registrations, monitors, and reviews scientific data, new regulatory policies, and guidance developments in the Asian region. As a speaker, she is active in various international conferences and workshops. Pukclai specializes in plant pathology and biological controls that reduce the use of chemical agriculture and improve the efficiency of plants or microorganisms.
